The Traditional
Buttercreme: The Sweetendings Buttercreme
features a rich, creamy, and fluffy frosting made with
the finest of European-style butters. Finishes
range from the ornate "traditional" styles
shown in this picture to the more contemporary very
smooth, "troweled," or combed styles.

The Classic Alpine: One of our most popular
finishes, this style lends itself particularly well to
decoration with natural flowers and foliage.
Individual tiers are wrapped in white chocolate mousse
then covered in shavings of white Belgian
chocolate. (Also available in regular chocolate
mousse and shavings.)
The Regal Dynasty: Elegant to look at and
gracious to serve. These cake tiers are lavishly
wrapped in chocolate mousse then narrow panels of
white chocolate interlaced with colored (of choice)
swirls applied to the sides. Each tier is
crowned with mounds of chocolate shavings.
Panels and shavings serve as garnish for serving.

poured-chocolate finish that provides the rich, smooth
appearance of rolled fondant but also offers delicious
flavor. This finish lends itself well to both
